I just got an instant refund on DNA with 2 parcels delivered at the same time as the rep skipped the investigation on the live chat. already had my money back before the chat ended. just need to be very descriptive when answering questions and come across as its an unusual problem you wouldn't normally expect and i find the reps tend to be less suspicious most of the time. Sometimes you just get lucky and the rep is nice and doesn't bother doing what they are meant to. Was a fresh account 105 pounds worth of items.

I recently EB airforces for Nike I have done this numerous times and they usually don't do an investigation and just refunded me I did this today and they started an investigation should I be worried?

No, Nike's investigation usually takes 5-7 business days.
Although, EB a pair of shoes is kinda risky IMO, wayyyyyyyyy too heavy.
