Group Userbar (blank) - Mystery - 08-17-2013
If anyone would like to design a userbar for a group feel free, here is the same userbar as Hitmarker's Group but a blank version customize it however you like.

That border looks very similar to a dildo, you might want to change that. :p

That is not the same as my userbar. It is similar.
I started with the old UB from here.

It is the same i edited the userbar you have now and removed the eye
