PEB fail - anywayz - 03-21-2023
So quite recently, I placed a big order consisting of 9 items. I claimed that two out of the 9 items were missing. Like usual, they launched an investigation. This morning, I recieved an email telling me that they've asked the warehouse if the items were indeed missing, to which they said no.
What do I do in this case?
