so if I miss one little thing that can be identifiable like MAC address I guess all the other precautions are useless (email, address, payment)

"Every" detail must be changed. Think of It as though you're using a friend's account that has no association to yours whatsoever - It cannot be linked In any way, shape, or form. Treat your new account In the same fashion.
