Macy SE Inquiry - tehx - 03-18-2023
Hello everyone,
Ordered a suit set on Macys and was delivered by Ontrac on March 16 and claimed DNA via online chat support the next day. The suit set cost was $340, and when I was talking to support he/she claimed that an investigation was set and that I will receive an email from their investigation team in 5-10 days. Prior to this message the support had asked if I wanted to have a refund/credit or replacement shipped, and of course I chose the refund. This is what set off the investigation I suppose. Fresh account, and had been claiming DNA with Ontrac. Last SE was 2 months ago with Ontrac delivery. Is there any chance that this has failed, or what should I expect/do int this situation. I really needed this suit for today, and Macy's policy on returns are strict (Tags are not to be removed, etc.). Is there anyone that experienced a similar situation?

This is what I received this morning in regards to my SE. Never thought this would fail given the fact that its only $340 and from Macys.
Any idea in what I should do to try and win this SE?
