File a claim with UPS? - Beerad - 03-15-2023
Hello all, I recently claimed dna on a mattress that comes in a box. The box was left in front of my home with no sig and no picture taken. Shipped with ups. I contacted the mattress company and they said they will escalate it and send me a email but I should still file a claim with UPS. A few days go by and I get this email that says “Could you please provide a screenshot of the missing package claim you filed with UPS? Additionally, once we have that photo, we would be happy to reship you that mattress. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.” I’ve never done a claim with ups, is it worth doing legit or is there a template I can use to make one myself? Anyone ever went this route?

Sad this one was abandoned, did you ever complete the SE? What did you have to go through?
