Hello, I have a question. A person I know has a relay point. I was thinking of having an iphone delivered there. Now what will happen if I refuse the package or I won't pick it up but still take possession of the phone thanks to his complicity? Will Apple refund me? If yes in how many days/time ? And if so will the phone be blocked? I was also thinking of replacing the telephone with a false sealed box etc. but it seems to me that you said that Apple systematically opened the telephone boxes
I also know that on packages these days they put security seal stickers that leave a mark if you remove them.

It will either be scanned as refused because damaged or refused because I changed my mind but in any case I will have the contents of the package

so what to do exactly. I had 3 solutions in mind. Or the person does nothing and the package will return to the sender as if I didn't pick it up. Either I refuse the package for 1 of the following 2 reasons (damaged package, change of mind) or I have the contents replaced by a fake iphone in a real sealed iphone box. In the 3 cases I will have recovered the contents of the package without them being indicated as delivered by the relay point

exactly but I will have recovered the contents of the package in any case. That's why I'm wondering which one is better. Refuse the package claiming a reason or not picking it up and it will be returned after a few days. In addition, if there is a seal sticker on the package, won't the delivery company or Apple find it odd that it has been peeled off? Generally it leaves traces on the package this protection system

How Is that possible when It's been refused, hence has not been accepted?
