Has anyone ever tried PEB on luxury retailers. Where they send you replacement or issue you refund?

I mean some sort of concession such as a replacement or refund for the partial missing. @mothered
It seems the PEB is limited only to fast fashion.

It seems the PEB is limited only to fast fashion.
If It falls within the weight limit, you can PEB anything you like.
