Yes a lot of them do, but most are paid and expensive

Bo2 lobbies will most likely get you banned. I'd be very carful especially if you're getting a lobby on an expensive tag.

Not if you get the right patch available.
And if you get banned, it's only for like a week, and you still get your rank.

Well my friend got a great recovery done for him on mw3 and got perma banned from it. don't do this on your main.
