Amazon ES + SEUR - irineuvocenaosabenemeu - 03-08-2023
Hey guys, i'm new here and after read many threads I have not found any talking about Amazon ES + SEUR company.
The thing is, as far I understood, Amazon ES let us return orders bellow 100€ (I think) via Celeritas (they give us tracking label), SEUR (they give us tracking label) or we ship it with any shipping company and we pay for the shipping and then they refund the value for a maximum of 5.5€
But the problem is, items that cost more than 100€ they only allow us to return via SEUR and they dont give us any label or tracking, they just send SEUR to our address and they will pickup the package, put a tracking label on it and return it.
What option we have to SE these guys with only this return method? I already tought and only EB is left in options but if the item is heavy this will not work I think....
