Police Report question - Vendel - 03-07-2023

Apple i got police report but I did not enter my own name for the order and the document ID is required for the police report. what should i do now?

Speaking for my country and experience, it won't be possible to create a PR if the name on the receipt of the product differ from yours

I need a customer portal login where I can't register because I ordered with a fake name

if you managed somehow to get the final report , just photoshop the name before sending it and put your luck under the test otherwise im afraid you have to return the item if you want your money back .
