Purolator - Defeat - 03-05-2023
Erm... so the company's got something of mine I accidentally left in a box. Let's just say it's worth over $2000 to leave it plain. How do I go about getting it back? I've submitted a formal request but the company is saying they only got the returned item, which was equally as expensive. What do I do?

It seems like you are kind of fucked, since there might not be any evidence of that happening, but I would expect the company to return your item of course. If they are saying they haven't received anything else then damn unlucky. I remember when sending something by post I always did a document if the items were somehow missing or something so that the company could give me money back, I filled out the price and everything, but I have no idea nor experience what to do in this case.
