Fedex Direct Signature Required - kovia - 03-05-2023
Hello, I haven't tried any refunds in a while but wanted to try with a GPU I ordered. It's being sent by Fedex with direct signature required. I'm not too worried about the signature, but Fedex seems to take pictures now. Will the driver attempt to take a picture of me? If they do, what should I do? I was going to go with DNA.
The companies policy
If your package is lost during transit, please send an email and provide your order number, tracking number and invoice. After investigation with carrier, if the package is confirmed lost during transition, we will refund the invoice amount back to your original payment method.
