You should've waited a week at least after receiving your refund not taking advantage of the item right away after return approval ... however you need to modify every date in the purchase invoice you received

I understand, only there is no information anywhere that they were launched now, will modify the date on the invoice and write to apple support to activate the warranty. I will want to sell them as used

No, I bought it from a large electronics store, they have everything there. I made a sealed box, and the return was successful.

then your good to go as if it was directly from apple you would've a serious issue duo to the unique serial number of the item so you wont be able to use it properly . just make sure to change as much information as possible in the purchase invoice when contacting apple also make sure that your refund is processed before doing such a move .

I have one more question, can apple somehow verify if I actually purchased this item from this store or can I create an invoice from any store like amazon invoice generator?
