I don't know if it's popular info, but recently while I was refunding Nike I came across an interesting thing while live chatting to support. While I was writing a question to the guy, he already answered to me before I even finished the message, so be careful what are you typing and don't try writing and then trying to (idk how to say it) 'repair' the message because it can raise some suspisicions of you trying too hard and not being genuine.

It is classic and it already happened to me, in particular with awkward or disrespectful representatives in general. They can see what you write in advance... and that can even work in your favor...
