Possible to SE DPD with Delivery Photos?
I ordered a tv from amazon and dpd delivered it, but took a picture showing the parcel, inside of my house and my door number, still possible to SE?

i used to work as a franchise manager at dpd it is very hard to SE as they look into it a lot and normally the driver will get charged if you try a DNA but just be careful with that its tough

As a current driver can confirm the drivers do get charged for "Missing" items like that so fully expect the driver to return to your property with evidence of delivery to try and prove his case.
As a driver, I have had people chance their luck with me and too god damn right I go back to their house and prove I delivered it. mostly scare tactics but it's not coming out of my pocket haha attack the big companies, not the drivers. but I get that not a lot of people know how DPD operate so its understandable.

It'd be a different story If your door number wasn't In the photo.
