Which method should I use for the refund to be done with under Nike's $100 shoes?
- Account is 2-3 months old with no purchase history
- will be using PayPal to buy
- the country is the USA

DNA it's the best for that type of price range?
What about signing, should I just fake sign it? With a fake sign it turns out to be easier to perform a DNA right?

If the value is relatively low you could probably get away with an EB. I claimed EB on an order worth around €220 and they denied it at first after checking the weight, but I asked for an escalation and they processed a refund almost immediately. I thought it was a fail until I got the refund email. lol
DNA is more reliable, but the investigations tend to involve the carriers, which can lead to other complications.

yup ill be doing DNA. I guess sign doesn't matter in this price range

Damn! You are luck haha, but also it varies from country to country, for some countries they cross check weights and take investigations seriously, However for USA I saw they just refund immediately.
