HELP Zalando EB - arouf356 - 03-01-2023

Hello, I ordered a jacket on zalando I wanted to refund it in DNA but the deliveryman decided not to ring and put direct in point relay. I would like to know if EB was possible despite the fact that the package weighs 2Kg (1.3Kg for the jacket) any help is welcome thanks

zalando doesnt really care about the weight
also depends on the zalando site like zalando.pl zalando.de etc etc
but it also depends on the rep since if it's a cheap item (100-200$) he will give you an instant refund but if it's expensive they want to escelate it
or you can say it came damaged like there was a tear or something and then just take an old black jacket tear it and send them the photo of it

Way too heavy to EB.

Moreover, Zalando has CCTV cameras In place. As per @kapipropl's advice, please keep us updated.

I contacted them, they told me to fill out a form on honor and that he would transfer it to nike because the product is sold by nike but shipped by zalando. i wait a reponce from them

Next time watch before ordering who the seller of the item is. Don’t use retailers. Always from Zalando directly itself

UPDATE I AM REFUNDED !!

they sent me an mail back saying "I am very sorry for the item not received.

Our partner confirms the delivery of your package.

Could you please confirm if you did not receive the package at all or if you received an empty package so that I can respond to your inquiry?"

I replied that I did indeed pick up the package but there was nothing inside. I went through the customer service of zalando plus , I do not know if it has changed anything but it was really fast
