Hi everybody,
I am at the beginning of my momentum in the SE world and I have already had to face, several times, a problem that repeats itself again and again and again...
This time gentlemen, ladies, we will not talk about PR, OTP or drop house, we will not talk either about anonymity or VCC and even less about Macbook, Iphone 13000 XYZ or any other device whose logo costs 3 times the price of the item.
To introduce my point, I would like to ask you how many times, upon receipt of your due, when your eyes finally land on your long-awaited bank account line:
- REFUND ZALANDO +XXXX$
you felt the excitement of finally being able (obviously until then you had put everything aside subject to the fear of a failed RF) to open the box of your new pair of converse, try on your new jacket or simply see your friend put on a recently RF gift,
that in front of his amazed eyes and in front of yours depressed, you realize that this garment is too small or too big.
No more backtracking, no more possible resends, no more customer service, it's just you, Vinted, and this refund story turned into a burden.
I have an unbeatable solution for you: google, in addition to having the most RF'able customer service possible (after amazon), had the wonderful idea of helping us once again.
I am sending you attached the two sites which have changed my life as an RFer and which I hope will help you as much as me!
Both will help you find the right sizes according to the brands and according to your measurements. The first will calculate them for you while you will need a measuring tape for the second
I have a small preference for Sizer which really does everything for us (well, unfortunately not the refund)
I'll let you tell me what you think and I'm all ears if you have any advice on this plan!
