Im looking for the best method to use to buy a jacket its about 100$.

In terms of methods, DNA'ing can be difficult.
They state that after the package has been delivered, It becomes your responsibility. Essentially, they use GPS/tracking to try and decline your claim. Obviously they can be manipulated, but It's a lengthy process. The wrong Item received Is compatible, but check If they have CCTV cameras In place.

Companies claim that once the box is delivered, it is your job to take care of it. In essence, they try to deny your claim by using GPS or tracking.
