Sunglass Hut help - casauus - 02-26-2023
Hi i have ordered 3 glasses for Sunglassshut Europe
Total of weight is around 150 gr
My question is:
1. Is it better to DNA or EB?
2. If 1 is EB, should I say that the entire box is empty or just the glases box only?

I have recived the package, i made a fake sign but he asked me if i was the person who made the order and I told him that yes, idk is that was a bad idea... Then I told sunglass hut via call that i did not received nothing. They asked me to send an email with my sign and they will start an investigation with the courier, and then they will offer me a refund or a replacement.
I send the mail back with the data and call them again to push them a little more telling that it was a gift, so they told me that refund is coming in less than 7 days, im just waiting for the mail confirming that

Nice. Best of luck with that. I never hit Sunglasses Hut, but I hit another Luxotica brand for a pair of €400 shades and it was relatively easy. Keep us all up to date with your progress!

Sunglasses Hut is easy and works with DNA and EB. I made a post in another Sunglasses Hut thread recently about my experience.
