Don’t need to respond or sign anything. Your under no obligation to do so, but wouldn’t do it again at the same address.

Thanks, got it. Do you know if asking to sign papers is standard procedure? I thought it was only some voice questions

I believe a lot of companies do it, it'll most likely just state that you're confirming you haven't received your package. I've never experienced it myself though, I've heard they're sometimes legally binding. If your refund has been finalised then you don't have to do anything else, simply ignore the driver.

Btw, I did as everybody here told me and ignored them.
They came to my home twice, and I didn't respond the second time. Never heard them again.

My friend has had luck on a few shipments just saying that the item was successfully delivered after the refund or replacement was issued. The thinking is it cuts down on the amount of lost packages on your UPS account. It may result in a rebill though.
