Paypal refund - OmertaOF450 - 02-22-2023
I know a guy who pretend to have 100% success rate with paypal with some designer up to 30k$. He offer a service and take 30% after refund but how does he do it ? Whats the script that you can tell paypal ( open a dispute ) that can get you refunded 8k$ for example ( cartier watch). It requires a signature and EB is pretty hard with brand like this since its 8k$ . I know asking question like this is stupid but we’re here to discuss things like this . Hope someone can enlighten me on this !

The method is UA. Unauthorised Access. Someone orders off your PayPal account and then you tell PayPal your account was hacked and they investigate and if it passes you get refunded by PayPal. Obviously, you need to get it right such as 2fa authentication, ip address, where you order to etc for them to see it as an actual Unauthorised transaction.
