Curry’s AirPod pro eb help - Nomsbob - 02-20-2023
I’ve tried to eb the AirPod pro 2 from curry’s and they’ve emailed me saying :
Dear Customer,
We are writing to you regarding the claim that you have recently made stating that you received your order, but it was an empty box.
We have undertaken an investigation and believe that the product was delivered and that the item ordered was in the box.
For these reasons, we have made the decision to reject your claim.
How should I continue with this SE?

Ask them to escalate the claim because there weren't any AirPods inside of the Apple Packaging, keep pushing and do not take no for an answer. Calling them can be good too.

Tell them to elaborate on their findings, as well as how It was used to justify their decision to decline your claim.

Spoke to the live chat today, I’ve been told a replacement has been sent out to me.
Will return the replacement when I receive it.

Did you say that the parcel boxwas empty or the apple box had been opened and the AirPods had been removed?

I said the AirPod box was empty, no AirPods inside the AirPod box.

Update
I asked an the live chat again today and was told a replacement was never arranged…
And because my case was rejected no replacement will be sent out.
Is the only option to keep emailing the curry’s internal department?
