A tip for drawing in general: See the image as several small shapes rather than a whole piece.

Perhaps try sketching over it. Like tracing but just so you get the movements down, and where you want the lines to go.

Tits are harder to draw than you think. They just aren't round blobs you quickly draw. If you're devoted to actually getting proportions correct you'll want to learn how to draw them correctly. Seeing as his skill level isn't at that level, I wouldn't recommend he try.
