Hello, Is it possible to return 2 items (Amazon.it ; 750 euro) if something goes wrong during the process of refunding?

Depends on your method. Overall i would say it is possible. Just be convincing in your SE'ing.
For instance:
LIT/FTID/RTS :
"Hi, the package got sent back to me, they had a problem with the label on there. Can i have a new label?"
Partial :
"My GF/BF/Mother/... Opened the package without telling me and took it out. I'm sorry for causing any trouble."
Wrong weight issue during LIT/FTID/RTS:
"When i turned in my return-package, i was turning in 2 packages. the employee of the DHL/UPS/... Point must've put the wrong sticker label on the package"
Or
"My GF/BF/Mother/... put the wrong label on the wrong box, the package wasn't meant for you and the return-package is still at my home."
EB/MEB would be less easy to recover from.
Maybe:
"The Carrier came back with my item, he stole it but felt bad. I know this sounds unbelievable but it's the truth."

Keep It simple by saying your brother accepted the package In your absence, and told you about It after the claim was filed. Return the goods for a refund thereafter.
