OPSEC Issue | Address, phone, etc... - Roswell_1 - 02-10-2023
Hello guys,
I'm planning on some refunds and I wanted to know how to bypass the issues that my address, phone number, etc... could bring. How am I supposed to receive my package if the adress isn't the right one ? Or if it's delivered to a Pick-up & Go location where the ID is needed ?

Where are you located? Hard to help with very little info, sometimes you can do a PO box or the like, really depends on the company and such. Most don't seem to ask who owns the PO box and etc when doing claims.

simiar thing happened to me. An item was suposed to come to a drop off but had to be picked up by a center, not sure what to do as i double dipped and they sent 2 to the same address, both didnt arrive.
@mothered anything i can do? maybe get a ful refund or whatnot? I used S/N method so

Specify It when you place the order, and the carrier will Include It In the special Instructions on their manifest. If need be, use a drop.

It takes time, requires to be near of the accomodation or to have a vehicle to be there fast, needs to study the place, must be there before the postman if OTP or signature, etc...
Isn't there a better way or method ? I specifics lockers before, would it be enough ?

I don't say that social engineering is all sushine and rainbows, I say that the "locate a house" requires too much attention to be qualified as an option. I know you put time and dedication in your articles to bring the best SE methods, and I think that this OPSEC measure is way too complex to be helpful in my situation. I mentioned lockers previously, what do you think about it @mothered ?
