Nike rejected me to a refund and said that the parcel had been delivered, but in the delivery photo it’s a zoomed in photo of the box, no door number. I have asked this to be escalated does anybody have any idea on how that will go?

I have seeing that Nike is starting to deny a lot of refunds for no reason, maybe is getting patched?

I did a Nike DNA 2 weeks ago for 1 pair of shoes and was given a refund within 5 mins of opening a chat with them. May be able to call or deny delivery confirmation if your house/apt number is not shown in the photo.

Nike's claims management Is pretty Inconsistent at the moment.

They sometimes open Investigations for mediocre claims, but approve more complex ones on the spot.
