luisaviaroma - jinjungsan - 02-08-2023 in the middle of se'ing louisviaroma my package was handed to doorman in my apartment, i got it from her, it wasn't my signature. louisviaroma responded with this. "DHL inform us that their driver come back yesterday to your shipping address and spoke to the doorkeeper who said that she gave you the shipment. Therefore DHL has completed the investigation, and since the item ordered was correctly packed and shipped by LUISAVIAROMA.COM and correctly delivered by DHL we are not able to continue the investigation and the claim will be closed. If you do not agree with the investigation results, we will need an official declaration that specifies that someone has stolen the parcel. The Of course we remain at your complete disposal for further clarification or assistance you may require. " what do i do now? RE: luisaviaroma - BitPlayer - 02-08-2023 It’s not wise to claim DNA when a third party has received delivery (unless they are trusted and willing). I suggest you claim you’ve just received it (timing issue), do a legitimate return and try a different method or store. You've put your doorman as part of the SE, which should be avoided at all costs.
