I'm in the middle of a WIR of a quite expensive item. I've gotten to the stage where the item is shipped back to amazon, but when I email their delivery investigation email, they seem to ignore me. The first time they replied saying something about me not providing the required documents (which I did), but since then it's been 2 weeks and I've emailed them twice without receiving a response. What should I do?

Try give them a call and request the status of your claim.
