Gaming Laptop SE amazon dot com .au - condariano - 02-07-2023

Ive been wanting a new gaming laptop however ive been reading some of the forums and come across different methods such as DNA or the disposal of item method. So far i have been able to SE a pair of airpodspro 2, ssd and currently awaiting an apple tv. Since these items weigh significantly less than the laptop, i was wondering what approach is should use, i was going to do a DNA however amazon likes to take photos of my property and ask for a signature. Btw im currently in school so i wont be able to sign the package when it arrives, however my parents can. Since ive heard that signatures dont actually mean i personally received the item, can i go on live chat and tell them that i haven't received my item but it says here that its been signed and delivered.

Are the photos of the external property or the entryway?

Your parent will sign their real name, correct?

Given they're not faking the signature, disregard the DNA.

Your parents are authorized recipients, hence It's no different to yourself signing the delivery.

so my parents didnt actually sign it but instead the delivery driver has done so, this is not referring to the gaming laptop instead the apple tv that has arrived today. I have chatted with amazon customer support however they have now sent me to the refund team. My current story is that 2 items of mine are missing, my apple tv and a usb stick. This is the partial missing item method btw, i messed up tho forgetting about the weight of the apple tv and now i dont know what to do, ill update u guys when i receive an email.

You actually said the TV was missing on delivery?
