Argos SE need help! - mokakke - 02-06-2023
I tried to se over chat with them for a broken console. Instead of dealing with it over chat they have escalated the situation to a relevant team and told me i need the serial number on hand when they try to contact me. Does it seem likely that it will work my method was small smoke in the console.

Because if i end up getting the refund there has been cases where with the serial number they report it to the console company banning it from ever being used. It seems like they will just try to troubleshoot the console because why else would they ask for the serial number. I will keep you updated as this progresses and if it works share with the community.
