Looking at a bracelet on Pandora UK.
Anyone had any experience with them. Value round £300

I tried to EB them in december. Terrible idea, they continually demanded that since the parcel was tracked as delivered they couldnt do anything. Escalated it to a senior member and everything. currently trying to get a paypal claim for the money.

Given you've claimed the Item was missing from the box/case, what relevance does It have to a package being marked as successfully delivered?
