Calvin Klein PEB Fail - Leonidas76 - 02-02-2023

Hello everyone,

So i tried to do CK PEB, low value items to be honest (125 total order, 2 items worth 90 in total were the target), but the CS denied my claim stating that based on 'my history of reporting expensive items as missing'.

I have never ordered something before on their website, but after doing some research noticed that they are owned by the same Holding as Tommy Hillfiger and I recently did a PEB there as well.

Any suggestions or should I just accept my loss? As far as I can see I can still return the items as my account is not blocked.

Sounds like you got got. Take the lesson about prior research. You can prob still wrangle a return by saying the item you tried to PEB was misplaced without your knowledge or some other BS.

How recent was the PEB, and how many were performed In total?

Very recent, would say less than twee weeks between the two hits. And just hit them once, speaking of TH. CK never.

The timing Is too close, which explains why your account's history was assessed and the claim declined thereafter.

Yeah that makes sense. Might be better to just try one SE at a time to prevent failures like these.

Correct.

Always allow a sufficient gap from one SE to the next, and also perform a legit purchase In between.
