MACYS SE - Kooddafl - 02-02-2023

I just ordered a pair of sweats and a jacket im wondering for anyone who has had success with macys what method did you guys use?

You should be ok with DNA with low value orders like yours. What did it cost under $200-300?
But higher value orders I had to do a ftid to a business near by and got my refund from Macy's and Bloomingdale's which is the same company ($500 Saint Laurent wallet. No better than a $50 wallet to be honest).

Yea just emailed them saying i love shopping at macys and all that and this my first online order from them and it did not arrive and they apologized and asked if i wanted a replacement or refund

How did you get in contact with them? Through email or online chat?
