Amazon third-party sellers - blamb1 - 02-01-2023
As far as I'm aware Amazon are responsible for refunds, replacements etc in regards to third-party sellers under the "A-to-Z guarantee".
When dealing with evidence to support or a deny a claim for example CCTV footage are amazon liaising with the seller in question to provide said information?
Are claims likely to be more or less successful when fulfilled by amazon?

On the grounds It's sold and fulfilled by a third-party seller, all details relative to the claim must be communicated with the seller.

@mothered So you're getting that buying from a seller on amazon will be the same success
