Apple Watch 8 Amazon SE - Georgesalo - 02-01-2023

So today I received my order, claimed EB via live chat. Got an email that says it appears that carrier has shipped the item to the correct location with the correct weight. Please allow 3 days while we are investigating this. If you haven’t receive your item/refund in the next days contact us.

What do you think? Should I reply something to this email???

Last time I had a similar communication, i contacted them after the timeframe they told and got refunded

I EB'd an Apple Watch a few days ago, took a lot of pushing to get my refund. Nothing to worry about though, an investigation is a very standard procedure

Hi OP hopefully your SE goes well! Seems like you're on track thus far. What did you say about the item? Did you mention that there was something else in place of the item or just item completely missing?

After the time frame Did you contact them via email or via live chat ?

Responded to their email with an email and some hours after they confirmed the refund.
