Hello there!
Just a quick question about my rights according to an ubereats order. Two weeks ago, I asked for a refund, a rep first told me the « sorry we love you.. but we can’t refund you ». Then I replied like this was a shame you did not care about your customer. 2 minutes later the same rep sent me the message « a refund will be processed within 3-7 days ». However, when a refund is processed, your order goes from xx euros to 0,00 euros on your unereats account, which was not the case, it was still written xx euros. So I came to the conclusion the rep told me a lie just to let him free. I sent them a message a week after (which is after the 3-7 days) and this time, the support told me it could not refund me, i engaged a conversation by mail to force it, then, they decided to not answer me anymore. here is my question : since i got a proof which claims by email that a refund would be processed, is there any thing to do?
