For those of you familiar with Dynavap it seems their customer service is very reasonable with replacement parts.
Steps -
Inform your caps are broken via email.
Upload a picture of said broken cap (googles helpful)
- SWIM recieved replacement caps via post and a free cleaning kit as a gesture of goodwill.

It doesn't get much easier than that. When only photos are requested, a given SE Is considered a success.
