NIKE SE Help needed - Tyrone.xD - 01-29-2023
Just received nike order, my flatmate went downstairs to get it from driver. The driver called me to say he was downstairs, the line wasn't great so I'm not sure if he said he had left it downstairs or to come sign for it. Can I still say DNA, not sure whether to EB or not? Because it was delivered with DPD I'm not sure what to do, as I am aware that they weigh items. I am living in uni accom atm so was thinking of saying DNA, maybe saying that the wrong flat took it or something? I've had a couple legit orders on the account already as well if that helps. The item was shoes costing £170.
I'm also thinking of saying DNA and saying that I was out at the time so didn't receive the delivery and argue that someone else took the parcel as theres 60-70 people in the block. Is that a good way to go about it?
