Issue with payment processing - z4plin - 01-27-2023
I've been having problems with orders cancelling.
I created a new card a few weeks ago and since then I haven't been able to order any items from online stores.
On the order form, the name on the card, billing address and Card Number info is consistent with information that is connected to the card.
The shipping address is different from the billing address.
Could there be a possibility that the drop address I have chosen is for some reason blacklisted? However this seems unlikely as the issue seems to be with the payment.
My card was created with another states billing address on it, I am using it to order items in a state that is not the one on the card, surely this is not an issue?
On the cancellation emails, messages include "Unfortunately we are unable to process your order" and "...has failed our verification process and been cancelled."
I feel like It is a problem with my billing address but I have confirmed 3 times now that the information I provide is consistent with the information linked to the card.
Is there some sort of process I am not aware of? Being paranoid here but if the phone number provided in the order form is created by someone other than the card holder, can that also create the issue?
I note as well, the name on the card is consistent on the shipping form and the "card holder name"

Tested this and the orders are still not going through.
When I order, sometimes the I get to the text verification page. It sends the code to my phone and after I put the code in, the next page gives me an error.
Used different devices so I do not think its an issue with that. Used public networks + mobile data. tried on 4 different stores even trying to order items with a value lower than 10$.
I've never come across such an issue and never heard of this happening as I can confirm the card was made within the last 3 months and no orders have been made prior to the issue.
Really wouldn't like to make a new card if this one is somehow blocked by visa or something. May i add the card is not a throwaway VCC, its made under legitimate details.
Any suggestions on how I go about rectifying this issue?

Sometimes when I try to use a foreign card when I am ordering something online it will not be accepted. It might be similar between states, or they might not trust the company that the card is issued by. Some payments where I am from will reject certain online digital credit card services because the acc number has certain serial identifiers that are not accepted for whatever reason. I generally have to use another card or another payment method when that happens. Can you create a working PayPal account using that card? If PP can process your payments you are good to go.

Update: After contacting support I was notified that my account had been completely frozen, I later found out it was due to a silly mistake of mine which could have been so easily prevented.
The account can be unfrozen after a selfie with the ID is taken and uploaded... Photoshop is a wonderful tool for SE'rs so lets see if i can cheese this.
I wouldnt care so much however, they allowed me to fund the account before freezing it so there is a substantial balance that is frozen and it will be quite a loss if i dont manage to pull this off.
