When you guys contact in some of you behave like complete halfwits. Be nice, dont be a jackass.
if they start giving more and more hassles your account might have some notifications on it.
There are some self righteous types who will give you the run around, just wait them out and get a new guy.
If you dont come in guns blazing all the time they dont look into it as much
if your delivery went missing contact in, say its not there. theyll give you a time that they can refund it, say thanks and contact back after that time
