Arcteryx SE - Vola - 01-24-2023
I recently received a fake Beta LT Arcteryx jacket for very cheap I was wondering if it's possible to order from the actual Arcteryx website and order a whole different jacket and claim that you received the wrong item? then return it like normally and receive a full refund. But you get to keep the real one.

In terms of the DNA, Arcteryx Is pretty relaxed and easy to SE.
Hopefully the same applies to your strategy.

Do I need to send them any sort of ID or sign anything? I may dna them soon if that's the case

did anybody try to DNA them in EU? they dont deliver to me directly so will have to use reship and therefore legit return would be problematic...

I got another question regarding Klarna 30 payments. If you refund to much using it will they get suspension of you and cause trouble?
