Sennheiser EB - Mikuballo - 01-22-2023
Anyone know how EB goes for Sennheiser? Thinking of getting the momentum bud 3's and just wanna know how the process is before beginning. Have seen some older posts on here before regarding it

Sennheiser is one of the best companies in terms of warranty for me. Might be good on SE as well.

My experience with their support has been meh, had some headphones where the noise cancellation developed an issue, sent in for repairs, didn't hear anything for months but they sent me the new and updated pair instead so I was happy in the end!
Want to try their earbuds but have seen mixed reviews and most earbuds just don't fit my ears nicely
