Before we get into the juicy sex of this post, what is a marquee?
A marquee, aside from being a paint brand, is scrolling text inside of HTML.
What does HTML stand for?
Hyper text markup language.

<marquee class="html-marquee" direction="-" scrollamount="-">So the beef of this code would be marked with the hyphen ( - ), the direction can only be one of four ( Up, left, down, or right ), and the scrollamount can be any number you wish ( I recommend an eight or a ten ).

<marquee class="html-marquee" direction="left" scrollamount="8">You're not done yet, don't close the marquee tag. Before you do make sure to put your message after the end of the first part ( > ).
