paypal headache extreme - AVE - 01-11-2023

Hi guys, i recently opened a Significantly Not As Described - missing item, paypal dispute for a iphone. They have asked me to submit an action fraud report and after i did, they it saying its not the "full version". I then contacted action fraud who then said it was the full version. I went back to paypal and they said that "some details are incorrect", I made sure to double check my report and resubbmitted it. They denied my dispute saying that i was "unable to provide asked documentation". I contacted them back asking if they could reopen my case and i submit and normal police report, they said that they dont take normal police reports.

Wtf is this, what do i do Confused

I dont know what you mean by forwarded, its a live chat. Just took a screenshot of the part where the rep says the important info and sent it to paypal.

Give the Information to PayPal - screenshot or any other form that verifies It's been generated by the rep.

Ah okay i understand, i have submitted the screenshots and info and now they are "handing this over to their superior team"

After i submitted the information, they said they would contact me through email.
After few days without a email, i contact them back through live chat, asking when will i get a response, a agent comes and tells me the original decision remains because i "didnt respond in the given timeframe", when i did respond in all timeframes and they rejected my case because i "didnt provide asked documents".
What do you think of this?

PayPal is pretty bad when it comes to payments, I've finally closed my account with them permanently after like10 years of service.
