Pet store SE advice please - bingoman777 - 01-10-2023

Looking to SE 1 item ~$200 AUD from this pet store, considering DNA or PEB. Any advice? I'm worried DNA might not work because of the bolded below, but perhaps PEB may work?

I wouldn't go for either personally, seems like the most suitable option would be claiming that the product is of unacceptable quality and that it made your pet sick so you disposed of it and would like a refund.
