I did a test SE for a start. However, I still have a few questions in my mind. I ordered a book The product just arrived, after waiting 30 minutes, I contacted support. I said the box is empty. The representative said he could return or resend it with no questions asked. Now the questions I'm wondering is, will it be this easy in the next SEs I will do? Actually, my goal was to find out if there is CCTV. Why didn't the representative start an investigation? Is it because the price of the product is low?

Yes it could totally be that the product value is too low for them to even bother checking the CCTV footage.
Maybe you could try an more high value item next time.

then I have to try a higher priced product next time. However, my account is 4 years old and I'm ordering every month. Will the trial SEs affect the process when I do SEs on high-priced products?

Amazon doesn't have CCTV cameras, that's why such methods as Empty Box, Partial Method works on it.

It would not the first time Amazon would be bluffing by saying they have CCTV when in fact they have not.
