The only thing i can't get right is the motherfucking font -.-

Lol the font is like Minecraft >.< Anyway, I feel the thingies on the sides are a bit too flat, or is it just me? I'd add a nice texture into it.

I wanted the shapes to be clean, if i add a texture to them i think the will lose their "clean"-ness.

As mentioned above, the yellow shapes you have on the sides of the bar itself are a little bit too... invasive? - I guess that's a good word to use. They're a little too invasive: clash too much with your text. Maybe change them and make them the same blue as your darker blue in the font gradient? That would be interesting. To bring the font out, you should grab a circular gradient, set a circular marquee border to a horizontal oval, and then use the gradient to create an illumination effect for the text reflection. Well done!
