Home Depot SE - displayxd - 01-07-2023
Hi, I know how Home Depot is done, but I have a question about how some customer service agents sometimes deny to give you return labels for it? Is there something to say to be able to get them guaranteed first try? Or is that how they are? I tried like 5 times and they kept saying return in store is the only option, my last attempt one of the agents gave me the return labels.

Some people are disabled and can't leave to go in the store, can't walk, have assistants that will only do on site work and no transactions at stores. My Uncle doesn't drive anymore, he's not allowed to and has no license. Handicapped, no vehicle or transportation. There's plenty more, depending on what you intend to get. Don't take no for an answer either, tell them you do it all the time this way, talk to a boss or supervisor then.
I'm curious as to your entire approach or your method. Can you post it. Home Depot, has always been a special place. Have to check them out again
